Description:

     Favorite of judges across the Hussar world, this prayer both finds and punishes perjurers.

     Time To Recite: 30 seconds

     Cost To Recite: 5 Pulse

     Range: Touch

     Duration: 10 minutes

     Fallow Time: 1 hour

     Effect: The target gets +2 to resist lies (the opposing half of a Lie check - see the Bluff feat). If he notices a lie, then he may elect to inflict double the amount by which the Bluff check failed in spiritual stun damage on the liar, at which point the prayer effect ends. Otherwise, the prayer lasts for the normal duration.
