Oil: Mans Pugilis (Feat)

     The Mojo Rules! roleplay rules system defines characters by their abilities and unique features, which we call feats. Oil: Mans Pugilis is a feat for characters who've been born or spent time in the Relic realm of Suzerain.

Oil: Mans Pugilis

Cost:

     Standard, 5 ranks.

Pre-requisites:

     Restricted Feat. A rank of Membership: Alchemists Guild Of Caladon equal to half his rank in this feat.

Description:

     When applied to the hands, this oil turns the hands of even the most gentle artisan into flying fists of supernatural death.

     Casting Time: 1 hour.

     Cost to Cast: 10 Pulse.

     Range: Touch.

     Duration: If stored, the oil lasts for [1+1/2] days.

     To Resist: Willing target only.

     Effect: The user's fists or claws cause +1 damage per attack for the next [10+10] seconds, which becomes +2 damage at (Rank 3) and +3 damage at (Rank 5). They also penetrate 1 point of armor per rank, ignoring the normal rule that armor counts treble against fists.
